That's it.........kinda' shorter today.........I think, starting next week, I'm gonna start incorporating some shorter
workout days in with the slightly longer ones, for variety, and then once in a while, doing a week of longer
workouts (like 45 min to 60 min). We'll see how that will go!
Today I did a mix of: Caroline G - 30 minutes lower body heavy weights and growingananas Tabata for 15 minutes. I did my own stretch.
Linda - I'm with you! I feel more rejuvenated for longer workouts when I mix it up, take rest days etc.
Annette - WTG with you long cardio w/o yesterday. I'm ready for Christmas and Christmas music
