Good morning everyone.....

Today's workouts:

YT-gosimpli- 20 min. Seated Upper Body Workout with Med Ball
Blender- "Legs Play Day" - 18 min.

That's it.........kinda' shorter today.........I think, starting next week, I'm gonna start incorporating some shorter
workout days in with the slightly longer ones, for variety, and then once in a while, doing a week of longer
workouts (like 45 min to 60 min). We'll see how that will go! :)

Have a good day!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of: Caroline G - 30 minutes lower body heavy weights and growingananas Tabata for 15 minutes. I did my own stretch.

Linda - I'm with you! I feel more rejuvenated for longer workouts when I mix it up, take rest days etc.
Annette - WTG with you long cardio w/o yesterday. I'm ready for Christmas and Christmas music :)
Nicki - I'm glad to read you've found some workouts that are helping your leg discomfort! You have an entire room dedicated to fitness. You need to be in there :)
Nora - another stellar mish mosh of cardio - WTG!

Have a great day ladies.

Siobhan, good mix today of Caroline G - 30 minutes lower body heavy weights & growingananas Tabata for 15 minutes. I must admit, I have been watching Christmas movies........Hallmark, Great American Family
channel, etc.........:) I love those older "Mrs. Miracle" movies....and yesterday I watched a newer one, it was
Mr. Miracle!

Hi ladies,

Today was an 80 minute gym workout doing shoulders. Everything shoulders, shoulder machine, dumbbells for side laterals, seated Arnold press, holding 1 dumbbell fat ends 2 hands for front raise, shoulder press, seated clean and press, snow angel (but my one shoulder locked up on this one) then cables for lat pulldowns under and over grips, another upper body cable exercise, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted abs both on floor and standing.

Then a stretch during which I tried deadlifting 70 pounds that was already on the barbell in the ladies room and did 2. Then finished my stretch.

Hopefully I will feel something tomorrow.

Not much to be done with my feet issues.

Nice workout Linda and Siobhan!

Have a great day!!
