Hi Everyone,

Today I got up to work out but decided to take a rest day instead. My body just seems to know every 7 days to back off.

Lannette - MPL is Movement Parallels Life. It's a lot of stretching/opening up joints before the bodyweight segments. It's pretty challenging and better than horizontal conditioning

Lots of variety in your workouts yesterday, everyone. I love 20 minutes of this, 15 minutes of that! It makes for a fun and stimulating workout.

ITP app- Step combos & Ropeless Jump Rope Intervals- 20 min.

I need to start cleaning today for the next week, I must....I must.....I must.... :)

Siobhan- Good for you listening to your body. Rest days are important to allow muscles to recover and for you to recover from fatigue, so its an important componet to working out. Enjoy your rest day;)

Linda- Great short and sweet workouts so fun and a nice way to workout and get it done without doing a long workout.
It's always nice to mix it up and keep it fun & fresh high fives! I know Iam trying to do shorter workouts its tough for me I tend to psuh myself hard. I just want to do everything.LOL!

Hi ladies,

Might be a disappointment today, had a 10:30 eye doctor's appointment and it seems that I have a small cyst on my lower eyelid near the tear duct. Oil gland under a very fine eyelash made a cyst. All they can do is watch it.

So I stopped by the gym and saw my friend outside, we talked for a bit.

I came home and did a 58 minute Taebo off of YouTube that was a new one from 13 days ago. I had my wrist weights on. It was good with more kicking combos which was nice. I am a sweaty mess.

All your workouts were great, even Siobhan and her rest day.

Tomorrow is Biceps and Triceps at the gym.

Nice outside today.

Siobhan - Enjoy your rest day! Thanks for the MPL info. It sounds tough! I’m slowly working my way back into body weight training. I need a slower pace so I can keep track of my alignment.

Linda - Nice workout. I was just thinking about a Cathe mobility DVD I own. I need to pull it out
soon.

Nora, it wasn’t as short as I planned :) because I added on today’s CatheLive- Yoga & Mobility Stretch and that was another 42 min. Guess you missed my “ETA” (LOL)

I hadn’t planned on doing it live, but I hooked up to the tv and the next thing I knew I was into it!
