Hi ladies,
I. AM. SO. SORE!!! From my own workout yesterday!!! It hurts to clinch my butt cheeks.
So today I stayed home and did KCM Kickboxing workout 1 and a Taebo Express workout. 40 minutes total time. I am still so sore it hurts to sit!! UGH!!
Next time I need to follow my own modifications, LOL!!
