Blender- "Biceps & Legs with a Splash of Foam Roller" - 24 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- 10 min. Beginner Rebounder & Ropeless Jump Rope workout
YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps- 6 min.
That's it. I tell ya', that CrossRope ropeless is giving my arms quite the workout.

After several years of going back & forth on the set, as they're kinda' pricey, and after pm-ing with NoraThink I'm checking out the CrossRope as well!

Linda, thanks for the info on the CrossRope (and you too, Nora). Think I'll check them out.After several years of going back & forth on the set, as they're kinda' pricey, and after pm-ing with Nora
about the CrossRope, cause she got them awhile back, I finally caved and ordered the Get Lean Ropeless
set which is a set of handles, the 1/4lb ropeless attachment and the 1/2lb ropeless attachment, and I willl
tell you, these things are a game changer! I am slowly getting used to the 1/4 lb and hopefully one of these
days I will be able to handle the 1/2lb longer than a couple minutes! But, so far, no regrets in ordering,
and I just need to pace myself with them, alot different than my Spri Ropeless.......but I have even been
alternating between the two, gradually working up that way. On YT CrossRope channel, they have been
adding the best workouts with the ropeless or at least showing modifications for using the Ropeless.
