Happy Halloween ladies,

Today was Xtrain Bis and Tris, then STS AB circuits no equipment abs. Needed a lifting day!
 
Hi ladies,

I did 2 exercises each for chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps off of the Gym Style workouts then did Taebo Express abs. May do more not sure my weight is slowly creeping up so I need to get a handle on it again.

I also did about 22 minutes if a mixture off of Kelly's TLC and Plateau Busters.

Hi everyone,
this morning I did 30 minutes of Bob Harper's Cardio Rev Conditioning + Chest from Gym Styles. Just a mish mosh.

Have a good evg. it's not raining here - thank goodness.
