Today's workouts:

IFit- In-studio Elliptical workout - 17 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, Calif. skier workout
STS 2- Standing Abs Metabolic Core workout - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of 2.0 single body part for chest. I added on 10 minutes of abs from YT Tiff & Dan. I re-injured my toe yesterday by working my lower body so back to barefoot workouts :(. Thank goodness for variety.

Rockout Knockout- Timesaver #2= 37 Min
Ab Hits - Workout # 12 Pure Strength- Back Biceps & Abs = 10 Min

Hi ladies,

Today was 85 minutes at the gym, 2 machines, 2 cable exercises, dumbbells going a bit heavier for chest flyes and press using 20's and 25's. Biceps hammer curls with same weight as chest, concentration curls with 12.5, biceps curls up and then turn wrist over to go back down with 10's and 12.5's. Triceps were 20's, for overhead, then 10's and 12.5 's for kickbacks. Seated clean and press with 12.5. Side laterals with 10's.

Sled 6 pull backwards, 7 pushed, 8 pulled, 11 pushed.

Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I tried to do some stretching today but it was just too painful on my leg. Tomorrow, I'm going to find a good upper body workout and do that. Trying to stay off my right leg.

Nicki, hope your leg will feel better! You need a little R&R for it, but an upper body
workout tomorrow sounds like it will be just what the doctor ordered!!!
