Happy Thanksgiving Day!! To those on here that observe it.

Today I did the new to me Pilates Dynamic Cardio which was 54 minutes long. Worked up a sweat too, mostly slow precise movement with intensity with some grapevines and mambo pivots added in to get your heart rate up.

Then I did 23 minutes of a Taebo workout for good measure.

Hi ladies,

Hope you are enjoying your Thanksgiving.

I ended up having an unplanned rest day.

I biked to my manual PT this afternoon. She discovered that my lower back is tight, esp right side and she found a trigger point in my right glute. She first loosened my back and then dry needled my right glute... Real deep and boy was that painful. Less so than my first neesling experience in my calves, but very painful all the same. It led to some twitches and lots of cramping all the way down thru hamstring and calves. It's still cramped now 7 hours later! In fact, I am in pain from my lower back all the way down my right side at the moment. [emoji29]

I have been instructed to stretch and roll... Way more than before, just not today. Also still no high impact and even worse, no more Barre for now, nor trainings that may result in DOMs even for other parts of my body as she does not think my body is healing as it should at the moment, so I should stop before I get to that point. [emoji21]

So much for being excited about new Tracey dvds if I shouldn't even be doing them at the moment.

Anyways... On a brighter note I will have time for an episode on Netflix and some crocheting tonight. [emoji5]

Kickboxing mix, & another one of the 10 min Jessica walks, and another blender mix, 30 min tone-up, so.....I am
Worked o.u.t.!!!!:). Probably will take a rest day tomm. I am a little worried about Elsie, I don't think we have
Heard from her in a day or two, hope she is ok.

Yes, I forgot to check-in yesterday. Yesterday I did my own arm & leg routine (38 mins) & added a Cathe ball stretch segment.
Today, I have been in bed for nearly most of the day but am feeling quite a bit better because of it. Thanks kindly for your concern, Linda.
Annette, that sounds like an interesting workout. Henriette, sorry your rehabbing has been painful. ((take care)) Just try to remember, in the long run, it will feel better and be less prone to injury.
