Awww... Linda, not your doggy too. Doubling up on prayers for you!!
Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 4 machines, 1 being a calf machine, went heavier on the chest press part of the 1 machine, a lat pulldown on the cables, then dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders.
Then I did my usual on the sled but went up to 13 (45 pound plates) plates and did it. I know 1 below my record but still.
Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a stretch.
I am beat!!
