Last night I did not my planned workout. It turns out I had a hair appointment, and a girl gots to look good ;-)
So...tonight will be chest, back, shoulders, and some cardio. I'm thinking IMAX 2 but given how hard I've been working the weights I may opt for something a little less ambition. Perhaps Kimberly Spreen (a really fun workout!) or another Low Max premix.
