Today was HSTA. I am going to try to do some ab work this afternoon. I have to go to the courthouse and brief a probate case for class. Then I have class tonight. So I hope I can get it in. If not, no biggie. Just tack it on another day, right?

I will be doing a 30 min stretch after work! My shoulders feels a little better and I am sure glad that this is my recovery week, so I can take it really easy without having to miss one of my beloved workouts ;-) !

Good Morning Everyone,

I haven't posted in awhile. Let's see, on Monday I did Step Blast warmup and combo #3 twice,a small cool down,L&G floor work and abs from SJ&P. Tuesday was an unscheduled rest day. Wednesday I did MM upper body and abs. This morning I did Timesaver #1 and Leg portion of MM.

My eating has not been that great. I can do better. I've been having a hard time staying focused on eating and working out for the last few months.

I am going to try harder.

Kristine, gald to hear your shoulder feels better.

Wendy...An Imax premix would be a good sub for an interval run.

Carla...I skip ab work sometimes too. Probably because I do it last and run out of time...:)

Kristine, glad to hear your shoulder is better.

Elaine...my eating hasn't been the best either...too may chips...:)

I'll be doing some Legwork, a 5 mile interval run, abs and shoulders & biceps.

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Yesterday did 400 walking lunges with 15# db's. 5 sets of 8 squats @ 95#.

Today I started out taking some encyclopedias to the goodwill. No parking in front of store so I had to walk down hill (1 block) with two boxes full of them. Does this count for a total body workout? My legs were shaking like mad when I got to the store and my arms were pumped. Going to still do shoulder work today with 15# db's, 50 pushups (gonna try) and core work (lately my dog, Speck has been sitting on my tummy while I do core work) LOL!

Good morning all,

Day 4:

30 min. run/walk on an incline at 2.5 and a speed of 5.0. I ran straight for 11 mins. then I walked for 5 mins. and ran the remainder....those runs were an ALL HIGH record for me b/c I'm not a runner and I have shin splints. So I really pushed myself today and said "Don't give up--Just Do It". :p

Good Morning -

ok Charlotte - all I can say is ouch. I would be feeling all those lunges about now - I would not be able to walk... hehe.. God Job!

Tonight is supposed to be the run - but I will sub Turbo Jam CP#2 and Ab Jam. "let's get this party started"

Hi :)

Last night, I did Muscle Endurance (thanks Robin) I truly forgot how good and how challenging the workout is. I did not do the Ab work, going to do tonight, first thing.

This morning, I hopped on me treadie for an hour jog and tonight, let’s see......hm………either Kickmax or Cardio Kicks. I think KM is going to win me over tonight.
