Today I did Cathe Live Upper Body - the first 30 minutes - back, shoulders, chest. Then I moved onto a Suzanne Bowen upper body bodyweight workout - 30 minutes. My upper body is actually sore right now.
Today I had an all day sub job but due to the system calling me twerly I got up before my alarm and managed the 8 Minute Taebo workout that is really 11 min. LOL!! So I was happy to get something in inspite of working today.
