Nice workout yesterday, Nora, with Leslie Sansone- Walk Slim Fast Start ! & 2 Mile- 1 Mile Only= 17.50 Min
Killer Legs = 39 Min & LMRE2- HITT Fusion = 29 Min

Today's workouts:

Blender- "LMR2E: Warmups Workout with STS Bar Stretch- 27 min.
Interval Timer App- 20 min. Treadmill & Upper Body Intervals

I worked out yesterday but didn't post - I did a 40 minute YT total body KB workout. Today I did C&E lower body for 50 minutes.

Nicki - I'm so glad to see you posting and working out again! Wow!!! That was quick healing :) - at least enough to w/o again!
Nora - I'm always impressed with you stamina - physical and mental. Were you once a competitive athlete?

Nora, I pm'd you with my rebounder thoughts. I had it here, but it's long :)..you gals know how I tend to go
on & on :). Just take time & research different ones, heck, I even call the companies and talk to them on
the phone :).
 
Sorry to disappoint but my hip muscle pain is bad so I did not go to the gym or even workout here at home. It is starting to cause some leg tingling so I am not chancing it. I did call the doctor he thinks it is a pulled muscle. If it gets worse I am to let them know.

Sorry about your hip pain Annette, sounds a little like sciatica nerve which I get right often. Causes pain
in and around buttock/hip and can cause tingling in your leg/foot. It's no fun for sure. Just take it easy
and relax. Don't know about your "neck of the woods", but it chilly here today, in low 60's and cloudy, rain
hasn't started yet, but it sure looks like it.
 
Linda, it has rained ALL day here. Temperature dropped from the low 60's to the low 50's in a very short period of time.

I managed to vacuum some but have spent most of the day sitting on the couch,sigh. I even woke up really early because my reckless leg medicine wore off early and I couldn't get my legs to stop jerking so I could fall back asleep, sigh. So it is going to be a long day here for me.

Today I did:
Linda's LMR2E Warmups workout with STS Bar Stretch for 27 minutes and finished with Total Body Stretching SB#2 for 13 minutes
I really needed this day for stretching out and I LOVED Linda's stretch blender! Thanks, Linda, for sharing this! I love all the different sections

Great job Nicki, with the LMR2E Warmups workout with STS Bar Stretch -27 minutes & finished with Total Body Stretching SB#2 -13 minutes. Sounds good to me! :) I especially like the tubing & mini ball warmups.
both are good & fun.

It's been raining here most all the day today and in the 50's now. I am determined not to cut the furnace
back on.....again...........but I may think differently in the AM.

Siobhan- Hello. To answer your question No, I've never been a competitive athlete. I did to track eons ago in high school was not good at it. I loved the working out and runs though. Back before pandemic when I was able to run on the treadmill I had fun pushing myself. I started at a goal of two miles and kept up pushing myself upping the distance finally worked myself up to seven miles a day. A few months later I had a terrible fall on the TM resulting in fractured chin recovered for 8-10 weeks
then went back at it and fractured the other chin in a fall. After that my MS Doctor & DH suggested I rethink using the TM. I guess I do have some competitive fire urging me on even when I do bike rides. Enough of that!

Annette- I'm sorry your hip pain is still giving you troubles. I'm glad you called the Doctor I would guess a pulled muscle or pinched nerve perhaps. I'm glad
you did not workout today either gym or at home. Sometimes you just have to embrace the suck, as Marines say or just accept it and rest. Perhaps using heat might offer some relief. Please take care and feel better soon. Have a restful evening;)
