CrossRope App- Biceps Builder- 15 min
CrossRope App- "2 min. Ropeless Jump Rope & Boxing"

Today I did a 45 minute Boho Beautiful yoga workout. That's it for me.

I hope you had a nice break from exercise yesterday, Nora.

Siobhan, nice Boho Beautiful yoga workout for 45 min this AM …..wish I liked Yoga more than I do. I‘ll get them in, but it might take all day! LOL!

Hey ladies,

Siobhan, I am burnt. Yesterday was hotter than I thought and I fried myself 1st time in a long time that I am sunburnt.

So today I stayed home and did am INTENSE Kickboxing Workout with KillaCole. It was 45 minutes of bag work that I did with no bag and 1 kick she through in for good measure(a roundhouse). I sweated and of course I wore my boxing gloves.

Since I am sunburnt under my eyes felt a gym workout would be too taxing, the sun drains me especially with a burn.

Nice workouts ladies.

Ok add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus some high rep low weight shoulder, triceps and biceps work and back rows with a twist for back and obliques.

Hi girls, I had to come back and update about today's workout. My ribs started hurting so I decided as much as I wanted to workout I wanted to move with less pain. So Ioptedto take an unscheduled rest day.

Nice workouts today ladies. Have a nice evening everyone! ;)
