Hi ladies,

Welcome Shereta! I am doing the rotation also. Today was GS Chest and Triceps, and I added the ab section from LL.

Don't forget today is another Cathe Live workout! I try to watch it on my computer while I am working, then I plan on doing it Saturday, I think.
 
Hi ladies great workouts! I have lost all motivation to workout. My schedule is out of control and I cant seem to get it together. Work situation is weird too. I'm going to take a break from working out and reexamine everything. Prayers please.

I'll check in from time to time to see how you are and offer encouragement!. I hope to get to regular workout schedule soon. :)
