Hi gals,

I almost went to the gym but I decided not to, it is raining and just nasty outside.

So I pulled out KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness and did the first workout on Total Body Kickbox and honestly it just doesn't cut it. I love most of her workouts but this one missed the mark. It is slow and basically no kicking[emoji44]. So I felt jilted, oh it is only barely 29 minutes.

So I wanted more, so I put in KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness -Kickboxing and did the Kick Mix premix which is 21 minutes with lots of kicking really all kicking. So love this DVD better.

Still praying for us all.

PS. I lost another half a pound so that is 30.5 pounds lost now. Took long enough but I am happy[emoji16]

Hi Annette! Here I am. I agree, if a workout says kickboxing...I expect kicks!! There have been numerous Kelly wkouts that were just meh for me. I love her and her personality but you can't please everyone all the time right? I was having an ugly dizzy spell so I did Ilaria Atletica 2. Not killer (when you go lighter in weights) but worked me pretty good without making me feel like I wanted to tip over. Dizzy spells SUCK! Have a great evening everyone. Thinking of you Linda. Me again. I just watched the clip of Cathe Live Warrior Kickboxing. I think I'll do that one tomorrow. Time to break out the heavy bag. Oh yeah!!!

Today I just did a Leah Sarago Upper Body Circular movements + diy band rear delt rows. 18 mins. Didn't have much time today.
