I did not workout today since I had to give DH and DS haircuts, as promised.
Siobhan- Great workout today with:
T&D - EMOM hiit circuits - 40 minutes + a stretch = 10 minute stretch
Wow! Sounds like a tough workout, well done for getting that done, WTG & high fives.

Annette- I agree with Linda you are a warrior. Sorry you had to endure pain with no pain meds. WOW! After all that I would not expect you to workout, but you did. You are awesome! Nicely done with YT 2 different 20 Min workouts consisting with Walking and Dance.
