Hydrow Circuit Training #78- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights EMOM

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did an older Cathe Live - You can do anything for a minute - 50 minutes. This was Uhhhmazing. Does Cathe have an updated version of this? It has strength, metabolic, cardio, core and noooooo repeats! I loved it. Her classes were much larger back then. I wonder if she has put a restriction on how many can attend the Lives as it did seem dark and crowded.

I have done that one.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an 80 minute circuit, upper body weights (dumbbells and machine ) then the sled up to 11 plates and the floorwork for abs and legs and glutes with a stretch.

Now I have 2 errands to run so I need to get moving.
