Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders Weight Plate Workout- 19 min.
IFit- "Rockin' A Trail", Moab, Utah Steady State Bike Ride- 16 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Mt. Bachelor, Oregon Skier workout

Hi ladies,

Today was an 80 minute gym circuit starting with 3 lower body machines, 2 upper body machines, cables for lat pulldowns, dumbbells for chest press, triceps, biceps, and shoulders. I used 20, 25 and 30's for chest press and biceps hammers. 12.5 for seated clean and press, and bicep curls, holding fat ends of a dumbbell for triceps overhead with same weight as chest.

Then I did my usual on the sled but took the max to 738 pounds !!! It was a bear to start but I made it exactly halfway across the line everyone wants me to go to. Derrick my cheerleader was yelling at me to keep going. So for this 61 year old I did it and I am beat!

Then I finished with a short ab workout on the floor and a quick stretch.

Nice workouts ladies!!

I am going to go home and collapse!

Yes, Chalene Johnson is thre creator of: Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Chalene Extreme, and PiYo. Same instructor.
