I did KCM's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights the biceps, triceps and shoulders with abdominal rest and then did my own thing for back and chest. I also did 16 min. of This is Taebo... my knee was starting to click since this one has a lot of lateral movement so I only did a little bit to get some cardio in.
