Today's workouts:

YT-Hydrow- "20 min. "Sweat Packed" Rowing & Weights Circuit"
YT-FawnFit- 15 min. Weighted Vest Walking Workout

That's it for my Thursday.

Dynamic Flexibility & Core" dvd mix- 15 min. - I have not tried this one yet. What are your thoughts on that one? I'd love to hear:)
Nora, this is my least favorite of all the workouts. If you noticed, my dvd mix was only 15 min. I don't
enjoy the on the floor twisting moves, some I just can't do and alot I just "should not do". Just my preference,
and my body I guess. About the only "core" move I like in the workout is the deadbug. :) It might turn out to
be a favorite for you, everybody's different!

Great workout yesterday with LMRE2- Elevated Lower Body = 52 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling -20 min HAPPY HIIT Indoor Cycling Workout = 23 Min
Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min

Today I did a mix of a Cathe warm-up and a YT KB workout for 40 minutes.

Linda - Great cardio for today!

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, I had an implant bridge put in. I haven't really been able to chew food properly for close to 9 months. Yesterday, my dentist placed the implant supported bridge so now I have a full set of teeth on my left side of my mouth!!

Today was Back and Biceps with 3 leg machines and sled up to 10 plates, and floorwork with a stretch. 90 minutes long

I did the back machine with 25 on each side. Then the glute machine that I took up to 30 pounds which was an increase.

Biceps Curl with 20 for 15, 30 for 12 and 40 for 9 ( which is a gain of reps at this weight, yay me!!)

Then hammer curls with 20's, 25's 30's and 35's. Hammer with a twist using 15's.

Lying overhead for back holding a 20 pound barbell

"I forgot I did back rows with 25's and 20's."

Holding fat ends of a 25 pound dumbbell lying for overhead for back.

The inner and outer thigh machines up to 55 pounds.

"I forgot I did cable pulldowns also up to 55 pounds. Boy my memory is bad today."

Then the sled doing my normal pull backwards with strap for 6, push 7, backwards pull 8 , and push 10. My back was hurting today must have slept wrong so I went lighter for the final push.

Then floorwork for abs, and glutes with a stretch.

That's it.
