Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS 2.0 Body Parts legs for 45 minutes (I loved this one). I added on 75 push-ups by Tiff & Dan. I will do my own extended stretch now.

Linda - I love that Cathe Live! I have done it sooo many times.
Annette - it's not like you to just do a short cardio workout :( but I understand time was not on your side so it's likely amazing you did anything at all yesterday!
Nora - An oldie!!!! KPC :)
Deanna - you also chose an oldie as you are going through the Shock Cardio Series. I gotta revisit some of those workouts
Nicki - I hope you enjoyed your rest day

I was always so intimidated by the Shock Cardio series but since so many are on the rotation schedule this month, it was a perfect reason for me to explore. Turns out I never should've avoided them. You would think I would know better.
 
LMR Pilates Fusion today! One of my absolute favorites of this series! I started with the Lower Body Foam Rolling Bonus, then moved on to the Pilates Fusion. Perfect for today after the past 3 days of tough workouts. Because of CMC thumb joint arthritis, I don't use the mini ball but instead used a really small 2 lb. soft medicine ball. I just can't hang on to the mini ball while passing it around. It worked great with my baby med ball! I always feel really good after this particular workout, very lengthened & stretched out.
 
Ok, Today is my birthday so I went to the gym and did an 82 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines, dumbbell work, sled to 12 plates, floorwork and a stretch.

Came home changed clothes and my friend Judy took me make up shopping since my dermatologist said that I needed to change makeups.

So she drove and we went to Ulta and Sephoras inside Kohl's.

Came home and found my oldest son waiting, then youngest son and then his wife showed up. We talked awhile.

Middle son will be over soon.

Haven't eaten yet.

I am now 61....!!!

Glad to hear you are enjoying all these rotation workouts for March. I will definitely put this one back on my calendar when I'm able.
