Good morning girls!

Nicki, great workout yesterday with STS 2.0 Upper Body 1 -59 minutes and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch -10 minutes. Nothing wrong with that combo! Upper Body workouts are my favorites!

Nora, you had a great workout too...doing Perfect30 Perfect Pump: Lower Body = 32 Min Cycle Power = 48 Min & YT- Jump&Jacked- Queen Themed Rebounding Workout - 15 min Full Body Workout Great Stuff!

Annette, good for you adding in 17 more min. of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Today's workouts for me:

Blender- "STS 2: 5 Day Rotation- Back & Biceps" - 24 min.
YT-Sunny Health & Fitness- 10 min. Strength & Mobility with Ankle & Wrist Weights
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. Low Impact RLJR & Light Dumbbells Toning

Today I did C&E for 50 minutes (heavy weight total body) and added on my own stretch.

Linda - WTG with your mix of Cathe's blender and YT w/o's :)
Nicki - I'm so happy to see you posting increasingly long and tough w/o's - yeah!!!
Annette - another YT find for your home workout :)
Nora - C'mon! that was a stellar workout yesterday. I'm impressed (and envious).

Hi ladies,

Today I made it to the gym for a 65 minute gym circuit consisting of the back machine 25 on each side, dumbbells for triceps and back. Using 10, 12.5's, 20's and 25's. And I did the glute machine and the inner thigh machine.

Then elliptical for some cardio and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some the isometric holds again (the ones that I remembered since my piece of paper is at home) and a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies!!

I read all of your workouts today and they were great !! I hurt my low back. It's been bothering me for about two weeks now off and on but this morning it was very bad and hurt alot. I planned to do some F/S-kickboxing, LMRE2 PHA Cardi, and a rebounder workout that did seem to be a good idea. I tried an experiemental kick and then a rear lunge and oh boy that hurt so that was the decision, no workout today. Sorry, girls I'll be out of commission workout- wise 'til maybe Monday see how it goes. I'll check in with yat to cheer everyone on thogh.
