Daily Check-In Thursday June 30th

Stayfit, as I read that response it looks that the first "charge" wasn't actually a charge but a hold put on your account for the amount in question. After they processed your order in 2 separate processes they then charged the respected amounts and will then remove the hold on your account.

I hope all works as I have explained, alot of business do that just so you want go and over spend on your credit card the amount already promised to them. Enjoy your workouts.

I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit today:D . It is really really hot and humid already today.:(

Morning ladies! This morning was PLB and the Step Only premix from C&W. I was having a difficult time with the step work because my legs were so fried. Any moves that took any kind of upper leg strength were extremely difficult. But I got through it.:)

Okay, I hate the admit this, but I don't own KPC. I HAVE to buy this DVD because I hear all you ladies talking about how wonderful and fun it is. Plus, I'd like to own L&G as well.

Bootcamp is done! YAY! I love how accomplished I feel doing these types of workouts. Sometimes hard to get going but so great afterward. Great workouts everyone - you all truly motivate me. Happy sweating ;)

Okay, I finished KPC in full. You ladies are right...it IS fun! :) Some of the combos had my arms and legs all twisted up like a pretzel, lol, but I enjoyed it! It kicked a$$ but it was very doable at the same time...if that makes any sense! :p Time for lunch now...hope I can find something yummy! :9

Jes-Joey is doing great! Sleeping 5-6 hours at a shot during the night and not very cranky at all usually. He's starting to get a real personality now too. Sooo cute!:+ He took a MEAN poop this morning! Loaded up his diaper like a champ! He was quite the stinky boy! :eek: lol

Happy morning, everybody! I think my body is back to a normal sleeping schedule, this is the second day in a row that I've woken up at a decent/early hour- for me anyway. lol

First thing this AM I started my new morning spritual workout. 10 minutes of Qigong and 20 minutes of summer yoga moves. It felt really good, and it all got my lower back nice and relaxed. I had forgotten what this felt like. :p

Today is PLB + walking lunges. This will be my first attempt at those evil walking lunges. It'll be interesting to see how many I can do. }(

Tammy- HardCore Xtreme Interval Circuit and fun don't go in the same sentence for me- not yet. hehehe I think it's awesome that it's fun for you, though. ;)

Shelley- Happy long weekend and Canada Day!

Judy- What an exciting tennis match! It's nice when everyone wins, especially in a game where that doesn't usually happen. ;)

Jane- Wow, you continue to impress me! MIS & 100 walking lunges?? I would need paramedics if I attempted that. :7 Good for you! I admire your desire to do BC, but be careful not to overdo it. You don't want to pull a muscle or drop a weight on your head. lol

Charlotte- Even without KPC, I think you've got a kickin' workout in store for today. ;)

Debbie- Enjoy BootCamping! Have I told you how much I like your signature quote? So true! :)

Carla- I love to grocery shop, too! I could spend all day in the produce and health food sections. :9

Wendy- Enjoy KPC! I've never had the guts to get my body fat calculated. As I get closer to my goal weight I'll start considering it more seriously, but right now it wouldn't be a positive experience for me. }( :7 You're brave, and I'd be willing to bet that your reading can be greatly attributed to your post pregnancy. You're doing fantastic, don't let reading bring you down. :) Just read your update post- congrats on completing KPC and having so much fun doing so!! You're awesome!!

Laurie Mac- OMG! 400 walking lunges??? I'm blown away, that's awesome! Way to go!

Emily- I didn't realize that SS has premixes, cool! Hope you're staying awake in that meeting. You could always put a rubber band around your wrist and snap it to wake yourself up. :p :7

Mariangeles- I'm SO happy that your BB charges are getting corrected!! What a relief! Hope you enjoy Kenpro!

Chest and shoulders still feeling a bit DOMSy, but I can handle it without whining today. hehe Happy Canada Day to you, and enjoy that cake at the zoo! :9

Katie- Another premix I didn't know about it, cool! C&W is at the top of my wish list. Congrats on completing such a challenging lower body workout!! Shhh, don't tell anyone but I don't have KPC (yet!) either. :p

Hi ladies:

Last night after work I did get my PUB premix down in after having done lots of cardio in the morning. I usually do that premix up. I like down because I could load up on the weights because the heavy weight is first.

Today I got up a half hour late (not sure how that happened), so I only got part of the workout in. I did Circuit Max w/u and hi/lo and BC cardio premix. I'm supposed to also do ME legs only today. Tonight I have a going away party for a coworker, which will involve beer after a very difficult week. Doubting the ME will happen!
 
Today will be a run on the treadmill for cardio. For weights I am torn between SS or push pull. Oh well i have such a hard time deciding :) Anyway off to do my run. I am stressing on work stuff today so hopefully that will help! Enjoy your day ladies.

Connie, it's funny that you mention a premix you didn't know about because last night I put PUB/PLB in my DVD player and noticed on the menu screen the "Bonus Combo" so I clicked on it and couldn't believe there was a brand new premix I didn't know about. So of course I immediately put my other Intensity Series DVD's in to see if the other one's had one too. Sure enough, ME/BC did as well. I was so excited and so surprised that I've owned these DVD's for probably 8 months now and didn't even know they were there.

Yes, it combines the two together. I was kind of fast forwarding through it, but it looks like it does two segments from one of the workouts and then two segments from the other one, etc.

Jes - I did the Gauntlet and a segment of Coremax and I'M STARVING TOO!! Wait a minute. I'm always starving. I think I need to look up "tapeworms" on google.com.
