Good morning ladies,

This morning I did Ashley Turner's Weightloss Yoga. I really like her - and really like her Power Yoga (which is tougher).

Yes - I fell down the stairs on sunday. I've hurt my left ankle, foot, heel and up the same leg. Sore in other places too but mending. I cannot do cardio or any leg workouts right now as a result. Oh well. I've got lots on my shelf to get me through. I am thankful the fall wasn't worse. I really think my level of fitness is helping me to heal quickly. Some bruises and scabs but otherwise doing well.

OMG, are you sure you are okay??? Take it easy and rest!!!!

It sounds like you are really lucky, but still!!!!

Well, on that note I can say I did not fall down and I did workout this morning - KCM 30 MTF Kickboxing workout 2 and core.

DS is 15 today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Hi ladies the sun is out today...yay!:cool:

Today its 12 min intense heavy weights 20 sec work, 10 sec rest for legs and shoulders. 8 exercises done three times through....I hope I make it.

Hi all,

I did 25 min. of Taebo's Cardio Explosion for my cardio today. May lay in the sun if it is not too hot this afternoon.
