Bravo on completing STS 2.0 and STS Mesocycle 2. Plus starting Mesocycle 3 yesterday. I think if I recall Meso 2 &3 were my favorites. All are amazing workouts. I primarily use dvds. The only streaming workouts I do online are free on YT provided our data useage is not used up for the monthly allotment with going over. No shame in using dvds I know I sure do, and I enjoy them its fun. I have many dvds in my fitness library from The Firm to Cathe, Kelly Coffey Meyer, Beach Body,etc.. It's a fun mix of things. Enjoy Meso 3 and have fun, and welcome!

I'm experiencing low back & glute pain and have been easing up on my workouts so as not to things worse, hurting today so I cut my workout in half.
I did something, not a lot.
CrossFire - Timesaver Fitness Blast/Plyo Tabata/ Core= 33 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min
