The Firm- Time Crunch Cardio dvd- Workout # 1 (with Allie)- "Cardio & Sculpt" - 20 min.- Fun Workout is that from the old firm or the Pink ones?
Definitely not the Original Firm, and after the Pink ones....I was curious, the title of this dvd is The FIRM Weight
Loss System..-Time Crunch Cardio....It has 3 different 20 min. workouts on it, with Allie on the dvd cover.
It was put out by Gaiam, and the date on the back is 2011. I checked the dates on some of my Pink Firms
and they showed like 2006, 2007, 2008, etc. so this one definitely after the Pinks. Those covers are
all Pink & White, this cover has Allie, and it's a deep pink/purple....I can't remember if there ever was a
Time Crunch "Strength" since this one is titled Cardio, but if there was, I don't think I have it (and I didn't
miss many :))

Today's Workouts:

Blender- "Strong Shoulders Express"- 32 min.
KCM-Cardio Sculpt OverLoad dvd- "Kickbox" dvd mix- 15 min. (weighted vest & egg wts.)

Today I did a mix of a Cathe warm-up, DanielPT KB abs and DanielPT for chest I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I love how you still use your DVDs. Mine just sit on the shelf. I also have a ton of downloaded workouts too which I don't use :(

I'm newly retired and now have to get back into the fitness world. I am rediscovering Cathe. I only use DVDs. I'm not smart enoughand probably not patient enough either to learn how to use downloads. I recently completed STS 2.0 and STS Mesocycle 2. I just started Mesocycle 3 yesterday. Feeling great and enjoying my own schedule.
 
Great job kraetite! with completing STS 2 & going thru the original STS now! Both STS & STS2 are great &
definitely 2 of my favorites! Yes, I agree, dvds are alot more "reliable" and easy to just pop one in the
player, "press play & go" :) I do have OnDemand (love that workout blender) and use alot of YT workouts,
but I have slower internet and sometimes it goes down & there you are! DVDs to the rescue!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a very hot lazy day here at the cabin. I did actually do a Cathe workout. I did Gloved Up and Sweaty which is 39 minutes. Then I laid in the sun for 3 glorious hours!! This lady is a very happy lady.

Hello Kraetite & welcome aboard:) Bravo on completing STS 2.0 and STS Mesocycle 2. Plus starting Mesocycle 3 yesterday. I think if I recall Meso 2 &3 were my favorites. All are amazing workouts. I primarily use dvds. The only streaming workouts I do online are free on YT provided our data useage is not used up for the monthly allotment with going over. No shame in using dvds I know I sure do, and I enjoy them its fun. I have many dvds in my fitness library from The Firm to Cathe, Kelly Coffey Meyer, Beach Body,etc.. It's a fun mix of things. Enjoy Meso 3 and have fun, and welcome!:)

Here's today's workout:

I'm experiencing low back & glute pain and have been easing up on my workouts so as not to things worse, hurting today so I cut my workout in half.
I did something, not a lot.

CrossFire - Timesaver Fitness Blast/Plyo Tabata/ Core= 33 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min
