Good Thursday Morning Everyone,

I am still under the weather - very sore throat, tired etc.

I managed Rippedism bis/tris + 10 minutes of their legs workout. Not much but it was something.

I've never even seen 21 day fix or H & C. I wanted to try body beast but gave it a pass.

Today I did FlexTrain, but just did two of the core segments & rather added on 3 sets of chest flys- 1 flat, 2 decline. LOVE FlexTrain .... just I haven't completed much weight work at all the past 1.5 week, so needed some chest!

Have yourselves a nice Thursday. I have another very busy day. Moan!! ;)
 
Hi ladies,
Unfortunately I am also still under the weather. I've been giving it some thought and now I am no longer sure whether my bad headaches this week are due to a cold like I initially thought or whether they're related with my cycle seeing it's most months that I suffer for a week around the same time. Silly me, I get so busy with all sorts that come next month I will have forgotten it again and wonder what I am coming down with. Perhaps writing it will help me remember 4 weeks from now if I feel the same way.

Tonight I did the last Cize workout. Had never done it before and as I have not been doing Cize much lately I felt a little lost at times and always a bit behind. Not perfectly on the beat. Oh well, no one was watching and at least I tried. It was fun to dance again, but I think it was my least favorite Cize w/o. I had seen some Step Up dance w/o's on YouTube that I may try soon.

I am considering 21 day Fix Extreme leading up to the summer holidays. Last shot at getting ready to wear less clothes. I think it might work for me as I can be quite disciplined when there are rules and knowing it's just 21 days should help. Would only be a lot easier if I lived alone and didn't have a family to feed as well. Can't decide... I really like Autumn and if I do 21DFE I should go all in.

Right now I enjoy good food and love my w/o's and am not actually losing weight, just getting stronger and fitter and above all having fun with it.

Elsie your lucky vibes aren't strong enough, LOL!

Today was 10 minutes on the elliptical going backwards and about 20 minutes on the stationary bike and 15 minutes of weight work all at the hotel's fitness room.

Leave for home early tomorrow. :(
