HI Everyone,

Sorry to MIA. I worked out both Tuesday and Wednesday but didn't check in. Business in the evgs is picking back up again so I'm feeling busier than ever.

Today I did Cathe's Live Plyo legs. What a great workout. I didn't do the last segment as I opted for KB swings instead.

Welcome Lanette! I live in Toronto. I've been to Hew Hampshire (years ago). It was beautiful.

Hi all

Ceci - no need to apologize. It‘s great that you are busy again. My office is starting to reopen on Monday. I will have to go in every other week. I am fine with that as I have my own office so I can close myself off.

Today was High Energy Kickbox Live and I will do yoga later.

Thank you for the welcome Ceci. We love living in NH, cold winters and all.
KY then 45 minutes of treadmill speed intervals. The rotation lists jogging intervals but I kept it a bit slower than a jog.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I did 21 minutes of an Emma Fitness on YouTube. It was a dance routine with a lot of belly work.

Then I did a Billy Blanks Fit Sculpt, I only did 35 minutes of it.

Really need to look at some of my own workouts for my classes but just not feeling it.

I got almost an hour of cardio so not too bad.

Today starts the continuous 100+ degree weather. Is it fall yet? I did Cathe Lite Stacked Upper Body.
