Virtual Active Indoor Cycling WT- Northern Italy- Ride 1 = 36 Min
Didn't see Linda this time LOL
Hee, Hee.......I didn't make it to Italy yesterday, Nora! :) but I bet you had great scenery & ride!

Today's workout:

CatheLive- "Total Body Band Blast" - 56 min. (yes, 56 min. Yikes! It went fast, it's a "solo" CatheLive
and was alot of fun! She uses firewalker loop and tubing, and all the cardio blasts are lower impact and easy
to modify more if you want. I don't care much for planks, but the ones she does in this one aren't too bad, and
as before, very easy to modify if you want or need to.

Hi ladies, last gym workout before vacation!!

So it was an hour and 45 minutes of an upper body circuit consisting of barbell bench press up to 80 pounds, then dumbbell work for shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps. I used 10's, 15's, 20's and 25's for the exercises. I took most all exercises to between 12-16 reps.

Included were: concentration curls , hammer curls, wrist curls, lying triceps, lying overhead for back, seated overhead for back and triceps, seated clean and press, Arnold press and flyes.

Then the sled for cardio, push 3, pulled with rope to me, pushed 6 up and back.

Floorwork with isometric holds(bear crawl into downward dog for shoulders compound move), wall sit and hollow body. Triceps kickbacks with 6 pound dumbbells. Abs, legs and glutes with a stretch .

Long one. I am taking some DVDS with me on vacation.

Wow, Annette, that was quite the pre-vacation hour & 45 min. Total body Gym workout
today! That’s a neat idea to take some of your dvds with you, in case you won’t have
access to any gym machines…

A killer prevacation gym workout of one hour and 45 minutes. This was an epic upper body circuit consisting using barbell & Bench, DB work for shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps. Plus the sled for cardio. Finishing up with floorwork, isometric holds various ones, and abs, legs, glutes and a nice stretch. Phew! What a workout, you go girl that was awesome!! Enjoy your vacation and even taking some workout dvds with you, WTG High fives and have a wonderful vacation:)!!
