Annette- Amazing job on today's workout with:
A killer prevacation gym workout of one hour and 45 minutes. This was an epic upper body circuit consisting using barbell & Bench, DB work for shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps. Plus the sled for cardio. Finishing up with floorwork, isometric holds various ones, and abs, legs, glutes and a nice stretch. Phew! What a workout, you go girl that was awesome!! Enjoy your vacation and even taking some workout dvds with you, WTG High fives and have a wonderful vacation
