Good morning everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I was out of town visiting my bestest friendest. Today I did the latest Cathe Live. I thought that would be an easy one. No way! It was fun and tough. I used heavier weights. I added on a 10 minute Precision KB ladder workout which left me a sweaty mess - 50 swings, 50 russian twists, moving down the ladder to 10 reps - non-stop. Now, to stretch.

Linda - WTG with your plyo legs w/o. That scares me - plyo legs for 42 minutes?

You left off the last part of the title, LOL, Low Impact.. she titled it Plyo Legs-Low Impact, and it’s all low impact cardio, alternating with fabric loop exercises….You all know I am not a “plyo” person :). If Low Impact wouldn’t have been in the title, it would have been a “skip-over” for me!

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit focusing on shoulders. I did : shoulder machine (25 each side)
Cables for upper body straight arm out front and down with overhead grip, then underhand grip focuses on biceps(30 &35 pounds)

Cable lat pulldowns up to 75 pounds

Dumbbells for seated clean and press using 10's, 12.5 and even did 4 at 15 but that was tough and form was lacking.

Arnold press with 12.5

Side Laterals with 10's and 12.5's

Shoulder press with 20's

Shrugs with 12.5's

Wrist curls with 10's

Bicep curl into an Arnold press with 10's

Hammer curl into a shoulder press with 10's

Rear delts machine 55 and 70 pounds

Elliptical for some cardio and floorwork and isometric holds and a stretch.

Ended up being 70 minutes.

Annette- Bravo on your 70 min gym circuit mainly targeting shoulders with biceps as well. Also adding in elliptical, floorwork and iso exercises. Sounds very
