Today I did the Timesaver (no conditioning) Hard Strikes premix. Then I did a Taebo Express the all kicks one.

Watching CatheLive and a little cleaning, I did an upper body mix using loop, band and tubing with intervals of
Low impact cardio. Roughly 30 min. Might try to do a little legs later if I can. Take care.
 
Hi Annette and Karen! Great wkouts! Annette I love the kicking part of Kickboxing workouts! They really work the lower body. And core! Karen, how many brief workouts do you do in a day? That's impressive! Once I finish a workout, I'm done. Today I did Sandra Koulourides Horizontal Conditioning Bootcamp. After about 10 minutes I started thinking "I'm selling this!!", then I kept at it. Some moves are hard on my freakishly small wrists but it's still a decent workout. Very challenging indeed.

Week and when I can, I like to do shorter workouts so I can get a good variety. When it's normal weeks, one a day
Is usually the plan. Since I am all low impact, no one workout is terribly hard, and rarely do I do a workout over
45 min or so. The only time that happens is on the "lives", which mostly are over that.
