HI again!
For my leg workout I did from B&G : Walking lunges, firewalkers, then repeated both, plus, All about Legs w/ SB. Was 45 minutes.
Will do some cardio but again it's so BLASTED humid, I'm talking myself out of it!:-( Maybe I need a pep talk?!!!
Phyllis, It was just one of those days yesterday. My MIL called at just before noon to say she was going to be gone all day at a cookout but she needed us to pick up prescriptions for her- which for some reason she continues to have them call in to the pharmacy by her house, where she ISN"T living right now and isn't by us !!
The pharmacy closed early , and she needed us to drop it off to her but she was going to be gone all day, so she wanted us to wait for her call & bring it whenever they got home !
I know no doctors were in the office yesterday, so the prescriptions had to have been called in Tuesday and she should have asked us THEN!
We had a cookout, parade and fireworks planned......none of which ended up working out.. some because of her, but also weather, and another mixup.
It just ended up feeling like one of those days you should have stayed in bed !!;(
Now she is coming to spend the weekend and I'm LESS than thrilled. She wants to come to talk about MOVING IN WITH US!
HELP!
