Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short 30 minute DTHM workout from YT. My DH is away this week for work so I've been short on time (I'm the 6 times a day dog walker :( ). I worked out on Monday and Tuesday but didn't get a chance to post. They were both short DTHT/T&D workouts for 30 minutes+.

Great to see everyone checking in and/or getting in some workouts!

CeceFifi…Are you walking your dogs six times a day? Just curious. I usually do morning and late evening with mine. Lately, it’s only been earlier in the day due to heat or and/or rain. We do have a little fenced in area for them to go out and play.

CDorner’s Live Cardio Kickboxing and Core. Three minutes of kickboxing, followed by one minute plank variations. I think 6 circuits. Joined Cathe Live afterwards. Upper Body Pump and Burn. My shoulders were really feeling it from the band work. Finished with core on the floor.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit and while I have been here 3 hours only about 2 hours was a workout . I did 3 legs machines, the back machine, the chest flye machine, talked a bit to a poor guy who tore his quad at his job and may have to have surgery and he's only 22 plus had a heart attack after getting the covid vaccine back during lockdown.

Then I did dumbbell work for shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest.

Then the sled up to 10 plates with a break in between talking to another group of young adults.

Finally finished with a quick ab work on the floor, 1 shoulder exercise and a stretch.

Very long workout but I will be feeling it since it has been a week since I have been here.

Oh and someone asked me if I was the sled lady and I wasn't even doing the sled at the time.

Sorry for the late post. I did read about all of your awesome workouts today, truly inspiring WTG and triple high fives. Sorry, I have to be brief as its nearly 1AM here. I did workout today knee was bothering me, but I got it done!
