Hi ladies,
Today I stayed home and did my own 56 minute freestyle kickboxing 150+ bpm. Then did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Things may change at the gym, governor issued a new law where you have to wear a mask at all times when in a public space. I truly doubt that my ladies will want to do class wearing a mask. We'll see.
