Hi ladies,
Today we traveled to out destination in eastern PA.
We walked the casino and I got supposedly just over 7000 steps. Then we ate, walked some more, came to the room and a little later (right before 10pm) I went down to the fitness center and did 30 minutes on their elliptical machine, and then using what weights they had did hammer curls 2 sets, chest flies 2 sets, lying triceps , front shoulder raise and the lying overhead for back. So one exercise for each upper body part. Not too shabby for a hotel workout.
