Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of T&D for 30 minutes - total body mix of weights and cardio. I added on 10 minutes of PN jump rope. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I'm glad you're feeling better each day. No doubt you are missing your workouts yet also appreciating the break (I love rest days). French is mandatory in school here and I'm guessing Spanish is mandatory in the US - at least in grade school?
Nora - lots of cardio for you yesterday!
ChelePA - WTG with your Cathe live and weighted vest walk :)
Annette - Your pool day sounds relaxing
Nicki - hopefully 2 more sleeps until you are back working out (if not sooner :) )

Have a great day friends.

Nice workout this AM Siobhan. I'm not sure about Spanish in schools here, I only know one language-
English....& sometimes I'm not too good at it! LOL! Yes, I miss my workouts, but first things first, I need
to start some cleaning before anything else.............everyone have a good day!

CeceFifi…a second language is not required in the US and most times not offered until middle school

CD’s Step & Sculpt. Definitely sneaky hard. I was sweating more than expected. 3 pounds can feel quite heavy with endurance routines. Followed with a Caroline Full Body. She was lifting 12.5 kg and I was doing the same in pounds for most of the exercises ;) I did a little heavier for a few. I think 20 minutes is my limit with no talking. Finishes with a 4 minute plank, which I am proud to say I held for the whole time.

I just watched this video! Love it! Going to get it on my calendar for tomorrow:)

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an 82 minute full body weight workout (no sled or cardio of any kind just weights). 3 leg machines, back machine, chest flye machine, dumbbells for chest press 17.5, 20's and 25's same weights for hammer curls, concentration curls with 17.5, shoulder press with 10's along with seated clean and press with 10's also.

Triceps kickbacks with 10's, 1 arm overhead for triceps with 17.5. Bicep curls with reverse down with 10's.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted abs with 6 pound dumbbells. Then a nice stretch.

I am down 3.5 pounds since Sunday so I am happy. Possibly the pool tomorrow.

Nice workouts.

And yes, no foreign language is taught in the US before maybe middle school, but I wasn't offered a foreign language until high school and then only required if you were college bound. And for college, 2 years was minimum of a foreign language.

Nice workout Chele, with a CDorner step & sculpt. I have done a couple of her step
workouts, which I liked.

Annette, another fine 82 min day at the gym. I am envious of your pool time as well.

Oh, Chele, you also did another workout as well, good for you.

Annette, I am out of breath just reading what you did today! Awesome!!

What weights did you use? I am certainly going to start out light since I have not done any weights for at least 5 weeks.:confused:
I was thinking 5 and 8
I never lift as heavy as Caroline. I seriously do pounds what she does in kilograms. She was 12.5 kg. I was between 12 and 15 pounds for most of the exercises then 24 for the one pullover move. I’m not nearly as strong as some of you ladies.
