Excellent workout today Annette. Enjoy your swim! Still really hot there? 28 degrees (83 american) here today. I have to clean my fridge out, not fun. lol.
My workout was a 35 min Barre-Pilates blend + 20 min Upper body with tubing and weighted gloves from fitnessGlo. The way she showed the tubing made it a challenging workout. Tubing can be tough!!

OOh we all got in good workouts. I did a TT workout - total body with pretty much no rests. I added on - of course - more pilates by lisa. checking in very late. a day late even.
