Hi ladies,

Again welcome Melanie!!

Today I did Cathe's MMA Kickboxing cardio only. So 36 minutes.

Then I took son to work and went to the gym. Here I did 12 minutes on the stair machine and 42 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I am done now.

Hi Annette

I took a rest day today. I just kept wakening in the night. I worked out 5 days in a row so I felt okay about the rest day. I will be back at it tomorrow. I am not a fan of MMA kickboxing. I liked the boxing one though.

Hello- thank you for the warm welcome.
My lower body was pretty sore today. I have mainly been running the last few months and not doing much strength training so it’s to be expected.
Took a recovery day- will be back at it tomorrow. I think it will be upper body strength.
