Daily Check-in, Thursday, January 30, 2025

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit consisting of 4 machines including leg machine. Then cables for 1 exercise, heavier dumbbells for chest press and hammer curls and triceps overhead , 10 pound dumbbells for tricep kickbacks and bicep curls (up and turn arm over for down), and seated clean and press.

Then the sled up to 13 plates.

Then my friend had finished up her workout and we sat and talked for 2 hours so no floorwork today.

Overall, it was a 75 minute workout so not bad for not getting to floorwork.

Yes. January is almost gone.
