Blender Add-on: "Total Body Barbell" - 12 min.
IFit- Studio Rowing workout - 20 min.

Today is STS Meso 1, Week 3, Disc 8, Back and Triceps — 56 minutes

AND (Linda will be so proud!)
STS Ab Circuits, Weights and Plates — 19 minutes
I AM DOING ABS FIRST TODAY! :D

Weights and Plates is for sure the hardest one for me so far. I am great at sit-ups and crunches, but those lower abs need some love.

I know! :). There’s about 3 more workouts in that series that I gotta do! Too many
workouts & places, & not enough time! :)
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day today. Workers are coming into my house - uhhgain - to rip out a wall and figure out what's going on with the kitchen sink. I didn't want to rush getting ready so took a rest day instead.

Great job this morning with your workouts, Linda and Anita. And what a lively discussion yesterday. So nice to see everyone chattering about weather and workouts.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym for my weight workout. Using the back machine, and dumbbells for (chest flyes and press, shoulder press, seated clean and press, side laterals, lying overhead for triceps, tricep kickbacks and hammer and concentration curls for biceps) using anything from 10's up to 20's. Did one upper body exercise using the cable.

Then the bear of the sled. Same format and again at 705.5 pounds, it was harder to push today than on Tuesday, Ugh!! But I did it.

Finished with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes plus a stretch. All in all an 80 minute weight workout.

Nice workouts ladies!
