Hi ladies,
Today I came to the gym for my weight workout. Using the back machine, and dumbbells for (chest flyes and press, shoulder press, seated clean and press, side laterals, lying overhead for triceps, tricep kickbacks and hammer and concentration curls for biceps) using anything from 10's up to 20's. Did one upper body exercise using the cable.
Then the bear of the sled. Same format and again at 705.5 pounds, it was harder to push today than on Tuesday, Ugh!! But I did it.
Finished with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes plus a stretch. All in all an 80 minute weight workout.
