Today's workouts:

Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min "Spicy" Rowing & Upper Body Circuit
IFit- "Ken's Lake, Moab, Utah" Recovery Bike Ride- 12 min.

Today I did BB yoga for 40 minutes. I added on a 10 minute BB meditation.

Short and sweet today, Linda!
Annette - Good Golly that fire must have been traumatic. That's amazing how both you and your husband jumped in to help your neighbours. How are you feeling in these days thereafter?
Nora - More Kaleigh! She's your favourite, I'm guessing as you are dedicated to her workouts :)
Nicki - good job with one of Cathe's latest + Hardcore Max! You had a long workout yesterday WTG!
Deanna - I hope you are getting in some fitness!

yes, today was a short one, and I'm glad, cause I did some vacuuming, etc yesterday and although I was
trying to be careful, I might have overdone it, cause my lower back is kind of achy this AM.

Good morning! I'm getting in daily workouts but yesterday was a total rest day. I took my mom shopping to get her out of the house, & then we all celebrated my brother's birthday. Have a wonderful day!
 
Hi ladies,

As much as I want to work out, I had to go out this morning for a doctor's appointment and ever since I got back I can't get warm. So there is no way I am changing clothes and going back out in the cold if I can't even get warm in the house, Ugh! So it will be a rest day, maybe tomorrow will be a gym day instead.

Siobhan, hubby was more upset with thinking that it was only 3 houses down and it could have been our house. I just wish I had gotten the young lady's name so I could follow up. All the dwellings have been deemed unlivable as of now. So I may never see her again. Sigh.

Nice workouts ladies!
 
Today was ICE Metabolic Total Body + Abs, & LMR Upper Body Balance Disc Bonus. That very last balance move is such a challenge! I'm just trying to lift up my back foot while keeping my arm extended. I'm not even attempting the full move yet! Cathe says she feels like a teetering airplane coming in for a really bad landing. I laugh because I can't even get my airplane off the ground!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!! But I'm gonna keep trying!!!

I do love the Metabolic Total Body workout. But the music is tough for me for some reason. It's not that it's BAD, but today I realized it seems to be some of the high frequencies in some of the songs that literally hurts my ears. I guess my aging ears are getting cranky. I turned the volume a lot lower this time which really helped. They say (whoever "they" are) that getting older is a privilege. I think it is in so many ways, but not sure I think some of the challenges are. LOL!

Beautiful, strong ladies - hello to you all and good job on all the awesome workouts today and Annette's rest day. I totally get what you are saying about not being able to get warm. I've had those days and it's not pleasant!

I was in the office today and did not get a workout in. Hoping to do Butts and Guts tomorrow - one of my all-time favorites! I'll let you know if I'm successful. Really looking forward to it!
