Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Box a Better Waistline" - 32 min.
CrossRope App- "Little Time-Lots of Things" RL Jump rope workout- 10 min.
CrossRope App- 5 min. Final Stretches

Hi ladies,

Today I finally made it to the gym and did an 81 minute Back and Bicep workout.

I did lat pulldowns, and the back machine each done with 2 different weights.

Then I did bicep hammer curls doing 9 reps at 25 pounds, 6 reps at 30 pounds and 3 reps at 35 pound for 2 sets.

Ez curl bar at 20 pounds for 9, 30 for 6 and 40 for 3, only managed 1 set. Concentration curls 3 sets of 15 each arm with a 15 pound dumbbell.

Then 18 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus wrist curls with 10 pound dumbbells. And a stretch.

Gotta run some errands now.
