Wow! I am this late exercising and nobody has started the check in.

Today I had a dentist appointment for a crown so I didn't exercise this morning.

But my middle son left for work so I decided to exercise. I did my Piloxing DVD 54 minutes.

Sweating in a full face of makeup never good but I needed to move.

Hi girls, yesterday was a rest day for me, I have been busy blending more workouts!! Deed, I have 250 or more now! I'm obsessed with that thing, I swear!! Anyway, tonight I did 2 of my 16 min. Workouts, 16 min. RWH
Compound workout and 16 min. Ice Legs & Abs. Have a good night:)
 
Good day ladies. That is a very positive obsession to have Linda!! 250, wow! Excellent workout in make-up Annette! lol. Hey, Peg, glad someone else is getting in a shovel max besides me!! ;) It truly is a helluva workout.

Sorry for not checking in. Forgot!

Yesterday I did hmmm what did I do? Ahh I followed TLC's advice and did Cathe Live Total Body Hiit. When I was doing it I realized I just did it in last january. It was fun.
