Good Thursday Morning Friends,

Today I did a short 30 minute pilates workout from BB. It was tough!

Linda - I'm sure you are getting in your workout as I write
Deanna and Nora - you were both on the same channel yesterday doing some Cathe boxing/kickboxing :)
Annette - I checked out your workout. You sure find a lot on YT. That looks fun!
Nicki - so nice to have you checking in despite not being able to work out. I feel for you having to time off :(

Today's workouts: (cardio day)

Bitgym- 10 min. Mt. Namafjall, Ireland elliptical hike
YT-CrossRope- 10 min Jump rope & dumbbells workout
Blender add-on: 15 min. Cardio Fun

That's it! My Thursday shorter day!

Siobhan, you're right......I was typing when your post came up! Good job with your 30 min. BB
Pilates workout. Seems like you had a shorter day too!

LMR Functional Mobility Fusion today. LOVE the Hula-hoop moves for the spine & the little touches of cardio sprinkled throughout! This is such a feel-good routine!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a long 100 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines(flyes, back and shoulders), cable work for upper body and shoulders(2 different exercises), dumbbells for chest press (17.5, 20 and 25), hammer curls (20, 25 and 30), biceps curls using 10's, seated clean and press with 10's. Triceps with 10's for kickbacks and overhead with 17.5.

Then sled to 13 plates, it was a bear but I pushed it.

Then floorwork and light dumbbell work for abs, legs and glutes and triceps and row with a twist. Then a nice stretch.

Not sure how it got to be so long I even deducted 20 minutes for talking and still ended up being over an hour and half, whew!

Anyway, nice workouts ladies. I got here a midge later than normal too and the place was busy for a Thursday.

BB Pilates-30 minutes - Pilates packs a punch so thirty minutes of that is a powerful workout you will feel. So I say Bravo~ WTG & high fives!

Deanna, sounds good. I think I may have missed this one. I'll try it as soon as I get back to my workouts! Is it very leg intensive?
I love this one. It's a recovery workout for me & not leg intensive, although I wouldn't do it with a leg injury.
