STS 2.0 Mat Yoga- I must confess I haven't done much of STS 2.0. I never tried Mat yoga or chair yoga, but now I'll add it to my to do recovery workout list. Oh, and I have to admit I do enjoy Rockout Knockout as well, but my favorite of cathe's is fit split- Bootcamp & Legs & Glutes- Just kickboxing- SOOO fun, its a keeper. ps. I have a hair appointment in the middle of my usual workout time so I'll skip Friday's workout and take Friday as a rest day. I plan to workout on Saturday, so we'll see what happens.
