Today's workouts:

Blender- "Jump Rope & Upper Body Tubing Circuit" - 18 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- "10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights Circuit"
Hydrow Strength- 5 min. Squat Challenge (ouch!)

Today I did a mix of RWH for back and biceps for 40 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of BB for legs.

Deanna - I haven't done Rock out knock out in ages. You've inspired me to look at it again

I thoroughly enjoyed Rock Out Knock Out! It's at the top of my list for kick boxing now!
 
On the rotation schedule for today was STS 2.0 Mat Yoga. Although I'm not a big yoga fan, I will say I do love this one (& Chair Yoga). I really needed this recovery day. I'm grateful for all of the recovery workouts.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was more of a true circuit, I started with 2 legs machines, then did the chest flye / rear delts machine and did both exercises then I went to try out our new elliptical. It had a setting for scenery while you did it so I tried that for 10 minutes, then I did the new calf machine, then the back machine. After that was dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps, biceps, and shoulders and forearms. Then the sled and I changed things up with it too. It was 7 pull, 8 push and 9 pull then ended with a 12 push. Normal is 6,7,8 then max it out for the last push. So that was a change and I even managed to back strap pull 9 which before I couldn't so YAY ME!! Then it was floorwork to round out the circuit . All in all 100 minutes, whew!!

I. Am. Beat!!

Deanna, good for you accomplishing STS 2.0 Mat Yoga. I still prefer Chair Yoga the most. Some of the
Mat Yoga moves are ok.

Annette, another stellar 100 min gym circuit today. I don't believe you missed anything! Good for you!

STS 2.0 Mat Yoga- I must confess I haven't done much of STS 2.0. I never tried Mat yoga or chair yoga, but now I'll add it to my to do recovery workout list. Oh, and I have to admit I do enjoy Rockout Knockout as well, but my favorite of cathe's is fit split- Bootcamp & Legs & Glutes- Just kickboxing- SOOO fun, its a keeper. Annette- You are a legend nailing those 100 minute gym circuit workouts leaving no muscle group untouched. Awesome job!!

ps. I have a hair appointment in the middle of my usual workout time so I'll skip Friday's workout and take Friday as a rest day. I plan to workout on Saturday, so we'll see what happens.

Siobhan, a mix of RWH for back and biceps for 40 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of BB for legs. Was the BB for legs part of the Total Barbell Body DVD? Good idea!

Deanna, STS 2.0 Mat Yoga - glad you enjoyed this one. I have not done the LRM yoga and hope to try it soon!
