Nora, fantastic workout yesterday doing LMRE2- Elevated Lower Body = 52 Min and
XTrain - D10 :Ride- Premix #4 Express Ride = 31 Min Great combo!
That sounds so fun, I gotta try that at the beginning of March. Awesome fun workout.
Nora, Kelly's Mega Mix 2 workout that I did yesterday is in her CoffeyFit Raw library. I do believe you have
to be a subscriber thru Vimeo or YouTube to have access to it. Awhile back, I asked her to put it up for
download purchase thru Vimeo, so I actually purchased & downloaded it too, as well as several others that
are my favorites.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "LMR2E: Mini Ball & Tubing warmups workout with Bar stretch" - 18 min.
Blender- "Standing Abs with One Weight & One Plate" - 16 min.
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. RL Jump Rope "Low Impact-Full Body" workout with Jennika

Today I did RUUB except for biceps - about 43 minutes.

Great workout Siobhan, with Ramped Up Upper Body - 43 min. I really like that workout too!

Annette, how's your brother doing? Healing and getting stronger I hope!

Before workout updates: Siobhan, he hasn't really mentioned it anymore. It is still in the back of his head, I am sure. He knows that we really can't get as good of health insurance than we have now, and that is one big reason he is staying at the job( plus the fact we have no real retirement since we have always lived on 1 income).

Linda, my brother had a second surgery this past week to fix a totally unrelated issue (nothing to do with his heart). That went well and now he just needs to heal and get through the antibiotics so he can get the pacemaker. Thanks for asking, keep praying.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 94 minute circuit consisting of the back machine just 25 on each side. Lateral cable pulldowns with 55 pounds.

Biceps Curl with 20,30 and 40 preloaded barbell for 12, 10 and 4 respectively. Dumbbells for hammer curls and hammer with a twist. Concentration curls with 15's. Bicep curl up reverse down with 10's. Wrist curls with 15's, I think.

One of the thigh machines but can't remember if it was the outer or inner thigh one. Did the glute machine and tried higher weights so did it with 20 and 30 pounds of resistance.

Then the sled my regular up to 12 plates. Thankfully someone helped me unload it.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

That is enough for today!

Linda- Thanks for the kind words on my workout yesterday. I do love the sounds of your Kelly workout yesterday, love the variety and toys. It screams fun to me and like one I'd enjoy. Maybe at some point Kelly will add something like that to youTube. Glad you enjoyed that workout it sounds like a definite keeper. Great job on your workout today with:

Wow! Killer workout with your 94 min Back & Biceps gym day. Then added a few lower body machines and sled for cardio.
Then finished floorwork for abs, legs & glutes plus a well deserved stretch.

5,8,10,15 & mat & Blue medium Resistant Tubing

LMRE2- Low Impact Cardio Fusion = 32 Min

Uses: 5 Pound DB's

Jessica Smith- 5 Mix & Match Miles- Waistline Work = 16 Min
