Today's workout:

Hydrow Circuit Training- 30 min. "Sprint to Strength: Total Body Track & Field" Rowing & Strength Circuit

First time I did this 30 min. one.......such a fun workout!

Hi ladies,

Workout jumbled due to me talking too much. But it still ended up being about 85 minutes. 2 machines, cables (2 exercises), dumbbells, sled for cardio only strap pull backwards and strap pull hand over hand with strap, pushed back to start, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some light dumbbell work. And a stretch.
