Today was a 70 minute Shoulders and Back workout.
Consisting of Arnold Press for 4 sets of 15, 12, 10 and 8, started with 12.5 pound dumbbells ended with 10's.
Then I did seated clean and press with 10's for 4 sets of the same as above.
Then I did standing bent arm side laterals with 10's for 3 sets and 7.5 for the final set.
In between the above exercise I did rear shoulders.
Then I did dumbbell shrug holding 20 dumbbells for sets of 15,12,10 and 8.
Then I moved to the cables for Close Grip Lat Pulldown 1st time using a different grip bar for this . I did 4 sets same as above set at 55 pounds.
I added the inner and outer thigh machines for some legs. 40 then 55 pounds for both.
Then I did the back machine since I did not like any of the back exercises they had listed. So the back machine I upped the weight to 45 on each side so that was challenging. I did 8 reps on each grip for each side so that is 4 grips each side so 8 total for 8 reps.
Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes some weighted.
And a nice stretch.
I think I am done.
